Item Description
Request for the purchase of 320 gallons of Sherwin Williams 16515 Gloss Gray (2.5 gal kit) NSN 8010PHM00357093 Brand Name or equal, in accordance with (IAW) the following:
Description:
• Sherwin Williams 16515 Gloss Gray (2.5 gal kit) NSN 8010PHM00357093, Brand Name or equal, that consists of 1 gallon F94 Series Gloss 85285 TY4 color 16515 Gray, 1 gallon MIL-PRF-85285 TY IV Gloss Curing Agent (hardener), and .5 gallons MIL-PRF-85285 TY IV Class H Gloss activated reducer 801OPHM00357093 per Mil-
PRF-85285 TY 4.
• Per AFMC IMT 202 Control Number MXAC 2021041-E-1, use of Topcoat Paint MIL- PRF-85285 Type IV FED-Std-595 Gray Color #16515 in lieu of Topcoat Paint MIL- PRF-85285 Type I FED-Std-595 Gray Color #16515 on AC 79-0002 is requested and is acceptable to use MIL-PRF-85285 Type IV Advanced Performance Coating (APC) in lieu of MIL-PRF-85285 Type I. Apply IAW TO 1-1-8, Ch. 6.
• Product shall have a minimum of 80% shelf life left at the time of delivery.
• Product shall be all the same Lot # (number), all the same Batch # (number).
• Contractor shall ensure paint required shall be from the same Lot and Batch numbers to prevent color issues.
• Contractor shall ensure there are no mixing variations.
• Upon delivery the Contractor shall provide verification and documentation that product(s) are of the same Lot and Batch numbers on the delivery report or on a separate inventory list.
• Contractor shall provide safety data sheets (SDS) and all safety information and documentation required by national safety standards and regulations.
• Contractor shall provide, upon delivery, a chemical inventory. A list (or inventory) of all known hazardous chemicals in the delivery [OFFICE ACRONYM] shall be included. The list shall be cross-referenced with the SDSs and shall be kept with this program and SDSs to serve as an index to help employees identify and locate necessary information.
• Contractor shall provide all related safety, health, and environmental regulations specific for the product that is not indicated anywhere else on the SDS. The information may include: • Any national and/or regional regulatory information of the chemical or mixtures (including any OSHA, Department of Transportation, Environmental Protection Agency, or Consumer Product Safety Commission regulations).
• Contractor shall inspect each product, prior to issuing and delivery, for damage or defects; and ensure that the product has been properly accounted for and listed on the delivery report.
• Contractor shall provide information upon delivery of product of all potential chemical hazards that may be encountered in the use of the product.
