Text2: The leaking water line supplies water to essential government buildings. These buildings operate emergency services non stop 365 day a year. This line is spilling water onto adjacent landscapes and the road causing environmental concerns both below and above ground. Additionally, If the water line starts to leak more or cracks fully this could lead to loss of water to critical infrastructure, in term halting emergency services. This halting of emergency services can lead to loss of life and/or property
Text3: The contractor has done work in the park on numerous occasions and familiar with the park utilities and understand the layout of the park providing consistent fair market pricing and quality work. Additionally, other contractors were not able to provide immediate response, less 8 hrs, due to lack of materials and/or equipment needed to reach the waterline.
