SOURCES SOUGHT (MARKET SURVEY)

Parking Garage Phase 1 Mount Rushmore National Memorial Keystone, South Dakota (Reference 140P6325B0009)

The National Park Service (NPS) is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of vendors for a possible upcoming project. All costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey shall be the responsibility of the firm. Any information submitted is voluntary. The Contracting Officer will make an acquisition strategy decision based on the results of this market survey and a future solicitation may be issued as unrestricted without further consideration.

Project Description:

1. Work consists of the following work items:

1. Phase 1A ONLY: See Construction Plans, NOTEs & LEGEND for exact locations.

1. Removal and replacement of unsound (delaminated/spalled) concrete:

0. Topside, partial-depth slab repairs (275 square feet total).

0. Full-depth slab repairs (20 square feet total).

0. Vertical surface, partial-depth repairs (75 square feet total).

0. Overhead surface, partial-depth repairs (155 square feet total).

0. Stair repairs (110 square feet total).

0. Temporary shoring prior to and during concrete repairs to column E/1 at lower level of the Washington parking structure.

1. Routing and sealing of cracks in topside surfaces of slabs (880 linear feet total).

1. Removal and replacement of existing slab joint sealants (3,700 linear feet total).

1. Removal and replacement of existing winged expansion joint seals (260 linear feet total). e. Traffic-coating application:

3. (N) Traffic-coating installation (85 square feet total).

3. Removal and replacement of existing traffic-coating at stairways, landings and elevator exits ONLY (5,470 square feet)

Work Location: Mount Rushmore National Memorial, 13000 Hwy 244 Bldg 31, Suite 1 Keystone, Pennington County, SD

Project Period: Work shall be completed within 60 calendar days of the start date provided on the Notice to Proceed. Not exceed November 30, 2025.

This is not an invitation for bid (IFB), request for quotation (RFQ) or request for proposal (RFP) and does not constitute any commitment by the Government to issue any solicitation. All interested firms must respond to future solicitation announcements separately from responses to this market survey. Any solicitation that may be issued will be posted on be SAM.gov, http://www.sam.gov.

Magnitude: Between $250,000 and $500,000.
