Salient Characteristics S21044

UV NITRATE SENSOR

SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS:

2 EA, SDI-12 Converter:

1. Shall be an SDI-12 adapter device that allows the output from nitrate sensor to be converted to SDI-12 format.

2 EA, Wiper System:

2. Shall be the mechanical wiper system for the sensor above.

2 EA, Wiper Set:

3. Shall include five (5) wiper blades with wiper axis for 10mm path length.

2 EA, Calibration Shell:

4. Shall be a device, such as a leak-proof container or sealed collar, that attaches to the nitrate sensor allowing the sensor to be calibration checked without the need to immerse the sensor in the medium solution.

2 EA, Interface Box:

5. Shall include G2 interface box without WIFI.

2 EA, Cable:

6. Shall be at least 1.5 meters long.

7. Shall have PUR M12 on one end and open wire at other.

2 EA, UV Photometer nitrate sensor:

8. Must use UV absorptions methods to determinate nitrate concentration.

9. Shall have a path length of 10mm.

10. Must be ruggedized and operate in harsh environments.

11. Shall have an Ingress Protection rating of at least IP68 or better and fully submersible up to 30 meters of water.

12. Must include an option to install a wiper system.

13. Wiper blades must be removeable without the use of tools.

14. Shall have a data memory of 2GB for internal logging of data.

15. Must output the following parameters NO3-N, NO3, NOx-N, NOx (factory pre-calibrated calibrated with NO3 standard).

16. Shall have an operating temperature of +2° to at least +40°C (36° to 104°F).

17. Must have a housing made of stainless-steel.

18. Shall include a cable with detachable cable connector that is at least 10 meters long.

19. Detector must consist of a maximum of four photodiodes and filter.

20. Must use a Xenon flash lamp, or equivalent, as the measurement light source.

21. Shall have a stainless-steel housing with diameter less than 48mm.

22. Must have a communication interface that uses Ethernet (TCP/IP) and RS-485 (Modbus RTU).

23. Must have automatic Turbidity compensation.

24. UV nitrate sensor must have built-in web server as the user interface software.
