Salient Characteristics S20124

CAMERA AND ACCESSORIES

SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS:

1 EA, Digital Camera:

1. Camera with the following configuration shall allow for thermal monitoring.

2. Shall allow for non-contact temperature monitoring.

3. Shall support RTSP data streaming protocols.

4. Shall measure object temperatures from -20°C to at least 2000°C with an accuracy of at least ±2°C (±3.6°F) or ±2% of reading.

5. Shall include connections for external power, antenna, Ethernet, and RS-232/485.

6. Shall have multiple focus options including, at a minimum, one-shot contrast, motorized, and manual mode.

7. Shall be GenlCam compliant.

8. Shall detect temperature differences as small as 50 uK.

9. Shall have an IR (thermal imaging pixel) resolution of at least 640 x480.

10. Shall have at least a 30 Hz image frequency.

11. Shall have at least an IP54 enclosure rating.

12. Shall have detector pitch of at least 12 μm

13. Shall be capable of video/radiometric streaming and GigE Vision protocol or equivalent.

14. Shall be capable of unicast, multicast, and multiple image streams for video streaming.

15. Shall be capable of H.264, MPEG4, and MJPEG video streaming encoding.

1 EA, Sensor Configuration:

16. Shall include multiple measurement tools and alarms.

17. Shall include options to adjust measurements and alarms based on a referenced temperature source.

18. Shall include sensor configuration making the camera capable of thermal imaging, computing, and internet accessible.

19. Shall allow for multiple field-of-view modes, motorized focus, and network connectivity, alarming, and analytics objectives.

1 EA, Lens:

20. Shall be compatible with camera above.

21. Shall have at least a 42° by 32° field of view.

22. Shall be inferred to allow for temperature readings.

23. Shall have a focal length of at least 10 mm.

1 EA, Connector Cap Kit:

24. Shall include protective connector caps for the camera connections for: antenna, RS-232/485, power, and ethernet.

25. Shall improve the camera IP rating to IP66.

1 EA, Ethernet Cable:

26. Shall have M12 connector on one end and RJ45 connector on opposite end.

27. Shall be at least 10 m long.

1 EA, Ethernet Cable:

28. Shall have M12 connector on one end and RJ45F connector on opposite end.

29. Shall be at least 0.3 m long.

1 EA, Case:

30. Shall be a hard-shell, waterproof, protective case for the camera above.

1 EA, Hood:

31. Shall be a protective lens hood compatible with the camera and lens above.

1 EA, Gigabit Power over Ethernet injector:

32. Shall power camera above.

33. Shall be at least 15 W.

34. Shall include injector and cable kit mains.

1 EA, Cable:

35. Shall be Category type 6 Ethernet cable.

36. Shall be at least 2 m long.

37. Shall have RJ45 connectors on both ends.

1 EA, Smart Sensor configuration:

38. Shall enable camera to perform all advanced options including elevated skin temperature screening mode.

39. Shall support multi-image streaming.

40. Shall support MQTT and Restful API communication protocols.

41. Shall support ONVIF-S protocols which allow cameras to communicate with other networking devices.
