Salient Characteristics S20037

WIRELESS MODEM

SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS:

45 EA, Wireless Modem:

1. Shall be capable of 4G LTE and 3G HSPA/HSPA+ on 26 or more combined frequency bands.

2. Shall work with Verizon and AT&T.

3. Shall have serial TCP and UDP transport protocols in the packet assembler and disassembler mode, Modbus, Point-to-Point Protocol, and Distributed Network Protocol 3 serial communication protocols.

4. Shall be a GPS and GLONASS Receiver with thirty (30) channels or more.

5. Shall be capable of custom event triggers and reports.

6. Shall be capable of remote authentication, inbound and outbound port filtering and trusted IP, MAC address filtering, and peripheral component interconnection.

7. Shall be capable of working on a secure network management service through cloud or licensed platform allowing remote configuration, deployment, monitoring, and firmware updates.

8. Shall be FCC, IC, and PTCRB approved.

9. Shall be no larger than 5 in x 2 in x 3.5 in.

10. Shall have 2.4 and 5GHz, Dual Band, Wi-Fi capability

11. Shall have a local area network through Ethernet and USB with network server that automatically provides and assigns network parameters to client devices, provides the cellular WAN address directly to one attached network client, provides a virtual local area network, host interface watchdog service, and Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet.

12. Shall have configurable interface with no programming.

13. Shall have Ethernet with RJ45 connection, RS-232 serial port with DB-9, USB Connector, at least three (3) SMA antenna connectors, Active GPS antenna support host interfaces, and at least two (2) RP-SMA antenna connections.

14. Shall have local web user interface, command line interface, SMS message commands, and simple network management protocol management interfaces.

15. Shall have VPN with IPSec, Open-VPN, GRE Tunnel, Split Tunnel, at least five (5) concurrent tunnels, and Dead Peer Detection.

16. Shall include network management service, technical support, 3-year standard warranty.

17. Power consumption shall not be greater than 100mW with 4G service active.

18. Vendor shall test modem’s power, update firmware, and load license, if needed.
