Okefenokee & Merritt Island Amphibious Tracked Equipment
BODY:
· Approximate dimensions: 15’6” - 17’ long x 8’- 9’ wide x 8’ - 8’8” high
· All Welded 1/8” aluminum body with 3/16” high strength pontoon bottoms
· 6900 - 8000 LB (approx.)
· Minimum 1300 lb. floating load capacity
· Tilt out windshield
· Brush guard on front of machine
· Walking deck full width of the tracks with slip resistant coating on decks (Line X or comparable)
· Minimum 30” ground clearance
· All stainless-steel fasteners throughout machine
· Easily accessible and serviceable 25-30 gallon secured aluminum fuel tank mounted in rear bed area
· Rear mounted hydraulic three-point hitch with quick attach system
· Overhead cargo rack capable of supporting 100 lb. of gear
· Catwalk over winch
· (2) plugs installed in the floorboard of the driver and passenger floorboard for drain purpose
· (1) bottom/floor drain plug in the back cargo area of the machine

DRIVE SYSTEM:

· Twin Hydrostatic Transmission
· Oil bath lubricated low speed/high torque final drives that requires no external greasing of bearings
· Thermostatic controlled hydraulic driven cooling fan with reversing feature for radiator/oil cooler cleanout
· Side by side radiator/hydraulic oil cooler
· Maintenance free, DOC only, no DEF, no DPF, no REGEN
SPEED:
· 6-8 mph on land, 1 mph in water
TRACK SYSTEM:
· 28” wide aluminum cleats
· Two low stretch rubber belts per track
· Bolt on bogey wheel design for easy replacement
· Four drive sprockets per track (4" pitch)
· Approximately 1 PSI ground pressure
· Bogey axle assemblies must include internal oil bath, lubricated and sealed requiring no external greasing.

ROTARY CUTTER SPECIFICATIONS

· Tilt deck trailer with raised center to prevent slide off while loading and unloading
· Galvanized finish – no rusted frame for the life of the trailer
· Gravity-tilt with hydraulic dampening. No battery or auxiliary hydraulic power unit for tilting.
· The top deck will tilt smoothly to create a ramp to the ground once the buggy passes the pivot point.
· Trailer mounted ladder, for safe access to machine while loaded on trailer
· Center hump guides the buggy and ensures that it stays in the middle of the trailer.
