About this file

This document outlines the salient characteristics for a digital radiography system solicited under federal contract opportunity 140G0223Q0191 by the Department of the Interior US Geological Survey Office of Acquisitions and Grants. The system must include an x-ray generator with a minimum 32kW power and 125kVp peak voltage capable of exposures from 3-6300ms. The detector must be a minimum 17"x17" flat panel with at least 3072x3072 pixels and 14-bit depth. Additional requirements include a minimum 21" touchscreen display, DICOM compatibility, anatomical programming functions, and table dimensions sufficient to support over 400 pounds. The system assembly and quality control must be performed in the United States and be capable of diagnostic-quality images from 10-100 pounds.
