About this file
This document provides specifications for a diesel generator required by the Department of the Interior Fish and Wildlife Service. The generator must be a 60Hz, 40KW-Standby Rating unit compliant with NFPA 110 Level 1 requirements and EPA Tier 3 emissions standards, producing 277/480V, 3 phase power. It must include a digital display and control panel with monitoring and diagnostic functions, alarms, and programmable I/O. The generator is to be equipped with an exhaust silencer, flexible fuel and exhaust lines, battery charger, and sub-base fuel tank providing a minimum of 48 hours run time. The solicitation also requires field service and start-up including load testing, along with owner training and manuals. The related opportunity is for replacing the generator at the TX-SAN MARCOS AQUATIC facility, issued under solicitation 140FS223Q0190.
