Existing cooler and all components to be disassembled and relocated to inside the adjacent shade house.
Cooler has approximate footprint of 23'x12' and is about 9' in height.
Existing electrical conduits and boxes/switches to remain in place and operational, but if needed, contractor to reroute and attach to existing structure with existing and/or new exterior rated conduit/boxes/ switches per code.
Existing tubing and insulation to be disconnected and relocated to adjacent shade house.
Existing condenser unit and foundation materials to be disconnected and relocated to adjacent shade house.
Existing condensation line to be disconnected and relocated to adjacent shade house.
Existing electrical conduit and boxes/switches to remain in place and operational, but if needed, contractor to reroute and attach to existing structure with existing and/or new exterior rated conduit/boxes per code.
Electrical to remain for new cooler.
If needed, pull out existing wire and pull new wire from electrical sub-panel in order to meet power requirement of new cooler. Cut existing conduit at grade and reroute with new exterior rated conduit as required and per code.
If larger conduit is needed, then contractor to provide and install from electrical sub-panel per code.
Electrical sub-panel is located next to existing cooler.
Argus system to be removed. Coil wire and place in existing conduits.
Cut and cap existing conduits at grade.

Relocate compressor unit and foundation materials to shade house.
Electrical to remain for new cooler. If needed, pull out existing wire and pull new wire to match power requirement of new cooler.
Either re-use existing conduit or cut existing conduit at grade and reroute with new exterior rated conduit as required and per code.
If larger conduit is needed, then contractor to install new conduit from electrical sub-panel per code.
Argus system to be relocated to shade house.
Flooring material and framing to be disassemble ed and relocated to shad house.
All internal components of existing cooler to be disassembled and relocated to adjacent shade house.
Electrical sub-panel to existing cooler. If needed, 20 amp Argus breaker can be used for new cooler in addition to the existing 40 amp double. 100 amps is supplied to this sub-panel from the main panel. Contractor to provide and install new breakers, wiring and conduits as needed for a complete and usable new cooler system.
200 amp main panel that supplies power to the 100 amp cooler sub panel.

Existing cooler.
Openings at both ends of building are approximately 12' wide and 11' high.
Bays on both sides are approxaimtely 14' wide and 11' high.
Contractor to remove shade netting as required for new cooler install and reinstall netting at the end of project. Both sides.
70 amp feed to employee center can be disconnected, if needed for new cooler install.
70 amp feed to pesticide building to remain.
200 amp main panel that feeds 100 amp sub-panel to cooler.
20 amp feed to old pesticide building can be disconnected, if needed for new cooler install. 100 amp feed to sub-panel that feeds cooler.
100 amp electrical sub-panel that feeds cooler. If additional amps are needed for new cooler, then the contractor shall pull new wire, if needed, per code from the main panel to this sub-panel.
