STATEMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS
Purchase Compact Track Loader
PMIS 339557

1.0 DESCRIPTION of PURCHASE:
The National Park Service at Assateague Island National Seashore (ASIS) intends to purchase two (1), Compact Track Loader for use by the Maintenance Division. The Compact Track Loader will replace one (1) 2012 Caterpillar 299C model Compact Track Loader which has surpassed its serviceable life expectancy.
1.01 MINUMUM BID SPECIFICATIONS:
A manufacturer authored full-service dealership and repair facility which provides parts and manufacturers certified technicians to service the specific model of machinery must be located within a fifty (50) mile radius of the National Park Service Assateague Island National Seashore headquarters at 7206 National Seashore Lane, Berlin, MD 21811.
Pursuant to this Statement of Work the Seller/Supplier must meet or exceed the following minimum specifications:

2.1 LOCATION:
All items will be delivered to The National Park Service, Assateague Island National Seashore Maryland District Maintenance Facility, 7206 National Seashore Lane, Berlin, Maryland 21811. Deliveries must be made Monday-Friday between 7:00 A.M. and 2:00 P.M.
3.0 TASKS to be PERFORMED by SELLER/SUPPLIER:
• Supply one (1) Compact Track Loader that meet or exceed minimum specifications with a complete Service and Parts Manual and Training Module for the model provided.
4.0 PERIOD of PERFORMANCE:
Delivery shall be within 250 days of contract award
5.0 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE GOVERNMENT:
The park will provide suitable area that includes ample space for truck turnaround and solid base for unloading.
6.0 CONTRACT COMPLETION CRITERIA:
The contract is complete when all items have been received, inspected, and approved by the park Chief of Facilities Management.
