Statement of Work For Underground Conduit
LOCATION: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
Chincoteague Island, VA 23336
1.0 –
The Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) on of the upgrade of obsolete internet lines for one area of the refuge.
2.0 – Scope
For the as indicated below at FWS, Chincoteague
Work to be performed is as follows:
• Trench approximately 310’ feet.
• Install conduit and re-cover trench.
• Cut 24x24 patch at fee booth for conduit entry (repair and replace cut).
• Saw cut 16” trench of asphalt to install conduit (repair and restore cut).
3.0 – Contract Period
The contract period is 14 days.
4.0 – Current Product Standards
The Contractor must install a single

6.0 – Work Schedule - Days and Times
Work under this contract will be performed during the facility’s core working hours (8 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. – Monday through Friday) except on Federal Holidays. The facility’s point of contacts
7.0 – Non-conformance

1. The FWS will not be required to pay for any product found to be non-conforming. If payment has already occurred, then the Contractor shall re-supply an equal amount of cable that does conform.
2. The Contractor shall, at its own cost, remove any non-conforming product supplied by the Contractor from the FWS site.
