Statement of Work: Law enforcement UTV up-fitting.

Notes on equipment for installations:
All equipment needed for installation will consist of new parts unless noted as PROVIDED.
The BLM will be responsible for the cost of a new part above and beyond the initial quote if any part is found to be unusable at the time of installation. However, the vendor will be required to notify the BLM of any unusable part, suggested replacement part, and obtain approval before purchase and installation.
For all new parts needed to complete the installation, as noted below, the vendor must include manufacturer, model, and itemized price of equipment in the quote. All new parts must meet the below set standards or specific make or model as noted or be equivalent.
The BLM has to right to disqualify any part that is deemed not comparable or found to be unsatisfactory.
LED Red/Blue Lights: As noted below, for the LED Red/Blue lights the preferred manufacturers are Sound off Signal or Code3.
Vendor will consult with BLM on preferred placement locations prior to installation.
The BLM will complete radio installation after the build but the build must include wiring for the satellite radio and Motorola mobile.
FRONT GRILL/ FRONT QUARTER PANEL
1. Install–Red/Blue light strip on Push bumper.
2. Install - Two side facing LED light heads, surface mount / low profile lights (red/blue with clear lens, see above for note on preferred make and model) on left and right front quarter panel.
3. Install- Two LED 4” off road lights on Push Bumper
4. Install- One 4’ UV light on front.
5. Install –Siren 100w or greater speaker.
6. Install -Wig-Wag Flashers
REAR QUARTER PANEL
1. Install -Two Hide a Blast LED Inserts in taillights (red)
2. Install - Two red/blue LED lights surface mount / low profile (red/blue with clear lens, see above for note on preferred make and model) mounted to rear tailgate.
3. Install - Two red/blue LED lights surface mount / low profile (red/blue with clear lens, see above for note on preferred make and model) mounted to rear side quarter panels.
4. Install- One 4” of road light facing rear.
ROOF
1. Install – SHOWME light bar with red/blue and solid white.
2. Install 2 off road 4’ lights as alley lighting.
3. Install - Radio antenna.
a. Motorola Radio Antenna (PROVIDED)
INSIDE WINDSHIELD / DASH
1. Install– One LED Dome light (red/white) installed overhead.
2. Install - Radio mic clip mount x 2 Dash/console.
3. Install – Two LED 4” off road lights on A-pillar.
Interior UTV
1. Install power supply and antenna cable for Motorola XTL8000 mobile radio.
2. Install - Single Unit Siren control box with PA mic/system.
3. Install – Control Switches for accessories.
a. Front off-road driving lights.
b. Front IR Light
c. Rear brake light/reverse light cutouts
d. Alley Lights
e. Takedown Lights
4. Install - 12 volt, 3 plug auxiliary power ports x 3
5. Install – Flush mount 2 port USB charge socket (PROVIDED)
ENGINE COMPARTMENT or VEHICLE INTERIOR
The preferred product to accomplish the following is manufactured by 911circuits.

1. Install - Charge guard system to prevent battery drain when minimum voltage is reached
2. Install - Circuit breaker, with ability to disconnect emergency equipment from OEM electrical system
3. Provide Master auxiliary power/fuse block or box for all aftermarket electronics to access fuses (all fuses labeled) that is easily accessible. (can be mounted in vehicle interior if necessary)
VEHICLE EXTERIOR
1. Install vinyl decals on exterior of vehicle (PROVIDED)
