Elevation ranges from 6000 to 7000 Feet. Vegetation consists of semi-dense stands of Wyoming sagebrush and rabbitbrush shrublands, mixed perennial bunchgrasses and native forbs, cheatgrass and invasive, annual forbs. Two track roads (both marked and unmarked) are widespread throughout the entire treatment area.
If water is present during the time of application, the buffers for non-aquatically formulated herbicides will be maintained at 10 feet for application by handgun and 25 feet for application with boom equipment. Spraying up to the water’s edge (within the buffer) will require use of aquatic herbicide formulation and surfactant.
