On-going maintenance support service is required to receive patches, support, and cost-effective upgrades.

Without this needed licensing, maintenance and support purchase, the Auto-Trol KONFIG Named Licenses and Support will have to be removed from the ARAT-PO project baselines. For the Mission Data Set (MDS) sustainment, If a new software application product has to be rebaselined and tested the financial impact of replacing Auto-Trol KONFIG Named Licenses and Support would be substantial. The estimated cost for the initial year of implementation to reintegrate a new product is or more between mailto:doubell@tripleei.com licenses, vendor consultant fees to migrate

If any information is received from the Requests for Information (RFI) Auto-Trol KONFIG maintenance, it will be forwarded to the Contracting Officer for review. Currently there is only one seller of this item. Auto-Trol was bought by Versata/Trilogy Corporation and EIS was formed specifically to continue professional services and support to Auto-Trol customers. Whenever possible, the Government will encourage the expansion of the number of authorized resellers.

8. Market Research: Market research was performed by technical experts from the SEC CALM team during the month of December of 2015.
