STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Title: Multi-Mission hearing protection and communication equipment.

2. Location:133d Airlift Wing
Minnesota Air National Guard Base

631 Minuteman Drive St Paul, MN 55111

3. General Scope: The 133rd Security Forces Squadron, requires hearing protection and communication equipment.The equipment enables Security Forces (SF) personnel to have direct communication between ground teams, base defense entities and friendly forces. This communication equipment would ensure effective communication in a tactical environment. Additionally this equipment would provide hearing protection, in loud environments.

4. Description of Requirement:

A. Multi-Mission Hearing Protection - (Quantity 74 each)

1. Must connect to issued Viper Revision helmet / rail system

2. Must be compatible to various frequencies and antennas operated within the scope of the DOD

a. Specifically PRC-148 MBITR and JEM variant radios

3. Must be tested in accordance with ANSI s12.42-2010

4. Must meet IP65 specifications

5. Ability to quickly detach and reattach to a helmet type rail system

6. Includes ability for wear without helmet

7. Has ambidextrous design

8. Ability to toggle between radio systems

9. Multi-directional boom microphone

10. Noise Cancelling of all surrounding sounds; allowing for face to face communication.

11. Coyote Brown Preferred B. Adapaters

1. Must have a 6 Pin Mil-C-55116 to interface to various Harris radio systems

a. Compatible with Harris XL 200 and Harris 152 radio systems

b. Push to talk function to enable squad based communication

c. Quantity 74 each

2. Includes Adaptor with connection capability to Harris XL 200 and Harris 152 radio system

a. Quantity 74 each

5. Warranty: All materials shall be warranted to be in compliance with this statement of work and to the highest standards of the industry. Minimum warranty of 1 year.
