About this file
This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and a notice of intent for a sole-source contract. The CDRL requires the contractor to submit test reports on the AN/ALR-56C/TISS within 15 business days of problem resolution, allowing 10 days for government comments. Resubmissions are due 10 days after receipt of comments. The notice seeks engineering and technical support services for the AN/ALR-56C Radar Warning Receiver Test Program Sets on the Intermediate Support Station, to be awarded as a five-year cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to Boeing, the original equipment manufacturer. Interested parties have 30 days to submit capability statements for consideration, though the government may sole-source the award at its discretion as only Boeing possesses the necessary re-procurement data.
