Interested Vendor Questions & Answers #2
1. Are the towers guyed or freestanding? Freestanding
2. Are the same standoffs being used? yes
3. Can mulitple towers be done at the same time? Due to the fact that all of these towers are part of a very active trunked radio system, we have to schedule downtime and we may only be able to work one tower at a time and may have to do the work on weekends.
4. How long do the jumpers need to be? Estimate 4 to 6 foot.
5. What are the jumpers made out of? ½ inch coax cable N male connectors.
6. What type of waterproofing will be needed? It is up to the contractor to determine the type required to waterproof the antennas/connections.
