About this file

This is a Statement of Work for NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) outlining requirements to purchase a Chell microDAQ3 Pressure Acquisition System and associated support hardware. The procurement includes three microDAQ3 64-channel pressure acquisition systems with varying specifications: two units (part 64MD3-07010201) with 35 kPa scanner range and 0.5–115 kPa absolute range; one unit (part 64MD3-09010201) with 103 kPa differential scanner range and 0.5–400 kPa absolute range; and one unit (part 64MD3-11010201) with 300 kPa scanner range and 0.5–400 kPa absolute range. All three systems feature 1 mm tubulations, TCP/UDP interfaces, IEEE 1588 PTPv2 time stamping, embedded web servers, DC power with hardware triggers, CAN output, 400 Hz maximum acquisition speed per channel, and 0–90°C compensated ranges.

The procurement also includes supporting equipment: one microDAQ 8-way interface (microDAQ-INT-8F) for connecting multiple MD3/nanoDAQ-LT units with SFP fiber slot capability; one microDAQ 4-way interface (microDAQ-INT-4-02) with PoE 802.3at support; five 3-meter microDAQ/nanoDAQ interface cables (MD3-CAB-3); one 3-meter nanoDAQ/microDAQ3 cable with RJ45 Ethernet connector (nanoDAQ-CAB-RJ-3); and two microDAQ-PCU calibration interface modules for automatic scanner calibration supporting up to 32 scanners and 6 pressure controller modules. Performance location is NASA Glenn Research Center, Building 6, Room 21, Cleveland, Ohio, with an 8–10 week delivery timeline from award.
