About this file
This document outlines a federal contract opportunity for software license maintenance services. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Shared Services Center is seeking to issue a sole source contract to Synopsys for the renewal of Synopsys software licenses, including Synplify Pro AV, Pro Xilinx Only, Xilinx Ony, Synplify and HDL Actel Only, Synplify and HDL Xilinx Only, Synplify and HDL AV. The licenses are used by NASA Goddard Space Flight Center designers to develop mixed-signal ASICs supporting several agency programs. The period of performance is one year and includes all features in the vendor's quote. Interested parties may submit capabilities statements by February 14, 2024 to be considered for competitive procurement, though sole source award to the incumbent is anticipated given Synopsys is the developer and manufacturer.
