Specification of TA Instruments-Waters Service Contract Renewal
NASA Langley Research Center Advanced Material & Processing Branch (D307) needs to renew a maintenance service contract for thermal analytical instruments manufactured by TA instruments- Waters, L.L.C. The specifications of the service contract are:
(1) The instruments to be serviced are: Thermal Mechanical Analyzer or TMA Q400 (SN 0400-1669, ECN 2684594) with a cooling system (SN MCA71-5128, ECN 2684955), Differential Scanning Calorimeters or DSC DSC25A (SN DSC2A-01309, ECN 5110193) with a cooling system (SN RCS91- 6741), DSC25 (SN DSC2-01210, ECN 5110194) with a cooling system (RCS41-5103), manufactured by TA Instruments.
(2) The maintenance service contract should include the reliable maintenance service to keep reliable analytical performance. Further, the contract includes a comprehensive support plan to provide improved instrument performance, increased uptime, and reduced cost of ownership. It also includes an annual Performance Maintenance Visit (PMV), priority phone & email support, complete repair coverage (including service parts, labor, & travel), accessory coverage, a 10%discount on consumable purchases, and exclusive access to TA Instruments virtual theory and applications courses.
