STATEMENT OF WORK FORMAT
Complete Plus Service Contract for Bruker D8 Discover X-ray Diffractometer
August 13th, 2023
PR: _____________________
Background This service plan would provide coverage for our Bruker D8 Discover diffractometer after the current service plan ends. We may expect to have issues as we work with our complex sample stages or work on an increasing number of different projects with the diffractometer and its state-of-the-art peripherals. Emergency visits by Bruker personnel are likely to be needed. It is also advantageous to have a dedicated annual preventative maintenance visit to be sure the instrument is kept in best working order, especially since it supports an increasing number of projects. Bruker AXS LLC is the only company that offers the service plan for their D8 Discover instrument.
Scope The service engineer will perform a range of service and preventative maintenance work.
Some parts needed for this work are included or discounted.
