Text version

1f) You stated All-welded side panels, but bolting the panels with O-ring gaskets offers more flexibility for your system. Will this meet your requirements?

It’s fine as long as the requested low leakage rate can be maintained.

1g) The large antechamber you stated has dimensions of ID=370mm and L= 600mm, our large antechamber has an OD=360mm and L=600mm, will this meet your requirements?

Yes.

2a) & 3d) You stated you require a charcoal-based solvent absorber and a regenerable organic solvent absorber, do you require 2 solvent traps?

Yes.

2a) Charcoal-based absorber, we have an Internal solvent trap (1.25kg of activated carbon) located in the main chamber or an External solvent trap (9kg of activated carbon) which is plumbed into the purification system in the cabinet below the main chamber, which do you prefer?

No preference.

3d) Regenerable organic solvent absorber, we offer an External regenerable solvent trap (9kg of molecular sieve). Does this meet your requirements?

Yes.

3e) The gas/vacuum feedthrough, do you require 1 feedthrough with 2 valves or do you require 2 gas/vacuum feedthroughs each with 1 valve?

No preference.

3f) For the electrochemical feedthrough, do you mean red binding post (aka banana plugs, see picture below)? We can have 4 KF40’s with 4 red binding posts on each (total of 16 connections) We can also put all 16 red binding posts on a wall plate on the back wall of the main chamber. Let me know which you prefer?

Red binding post type of electrochemical feedthrough is fine.

No preference on the configuration, as long as they function the same without jeopardizing glovebox atmosphere.
