About this file

This document contains a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and related federal contract opportunity solicitation. The CDRL requires the contractor to submit technical reports on the system description and instructions for an Autonomous Littoral Connector remote tie down. Reports are due on an as-needed basis as identified by the Navy, with final submissions due within five days of study completion. The contractor must submit reports in Microsoft Office or PDF format.

The related solicitation from the Naval Surface Warfare Center seeks a quote for modifying an existing remote tie down hook developed under a previous SBIR contract to include remote release capabilities. As the original equipment manufacturer, Spencer Industries will be sole sourced for this requirement. Quotes are due by July 17th, 2020 with an anticipated award by July 31st, 2020. The order will be firm fixed price under simplified acquisition procedures.
