· Contractor shall provide unlimited hardware and software support via telephone during normal business hours 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday.

Vendor shall respond no less than 24 hours after receipt of repair request. All repairs shall be completed within 72 hours of request. If repairs will take longer than 72 hours, the vendor shall inform the Contracting Officer upon receipt of request.

· Contractor shall include a price for 3 Option Years as a separate CLIN upon expiration of the twelve-month standard manufacturer warranty for Preventative Maintenance and Operational Qualification.

· Contractor shall include as a separate CLIN price for shipping, handling, installation and inside delivery at the laboratory location.
