Solicitation Reference Question Government Response
RFP, Section 2.1, Page 7;
SOW (attachment 10), Section 1.12, Page 5
In the Access to Data table at the bottom of page 7 in the RFP, “Unlimited Access to Outpatient Medical Claims” is listed as one of the deliverables. However, this is not listed in the Deliverables table on page 5 of the SOW. Are outpatient medical claims required for this contract?
That’s an error. Outpatient Medical claims are not required.
RFP, Section 3.6, Page 13; SOW, Section 1.9, The RFP states that a kick-off meeting should be provided “within 30 days upon award of IDIQ contract” while the SOW states that it should be provided “within two weeks of the IDIQ and Task Order awards.” How much time is allowed between the contract award and the kick-off meeting?
Kick off meeting should occur within 30 days upon award of IDIQ contract.
RFP, Section 3.8.3, page
In the performance evaluation table, it lists a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), but does not provide a delivery due date.
Is this deliverable due with proposal submittal? If so, can it be provided as a separate attachment, outside of any page count requirement? Or should responders assume this deliverable is due after contract award? Also, should the QASP be included in the deliverable table in the Task 1 Statement of Work (Section 1.12)?
The QASP is identified in the RFP in paragraph 3.10, Deliverables. The quality assurance plan shall be provided as agreed to with the COR and shall be updated as needed throughout the performance of the contract.
However, in the proposal, Offerors shall describe their Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) process, projection methodology and statistical methods in order for the Government to evaluate the extent to which the Offeror can provide quality products and services.
RFP, Section 9.5, page 73 The RFP states, “Cover pages, table of contents, dividers, resumes, and commitment documentation are not included in the page limit.” While letters of commitment are not requested in the RFP, what is meant by “commitment documentation” and what (if anything) is required in the proposal response?
No commitment documentation is required in this solicitation.
