The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to clause G.4 Applicable Davis-Bacon Wages (Jul 1999), and provisions, L.3

CDCA_L002 Inquiries (Jul 2017) and L.7 FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) (Feb 1995).

Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions of the document referenced in Item 9A or 10A, as heretofore changed, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.

The following changes are made to the solicitation

G.4 Applicable Davis-Bacon Wages (Jul 1999)

The attached General Decision No. GA20200134, dated 01/03/2020 and GA20200135 dated 01/03/2020, specifies hourly rates of wages that shall be paid to laborers and mechanics employed or working at the site of the work, as defined in FAR 22.401. These rates have been determined by the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act.

L.3 CDCA_L002 Inquiries (Jul 2017)

Inquiries concerning the solicitation document should be submitted in writing to the issuing office no later than 2:00 pm EST, February 10, 2020. Any additions, deletions, or changes to the solicitation will be made by an amendment. OFFERORS ARE INSTRUCTED SPECIFICALLY TO CONTACT ONLY THE SOLICITATION

CONTRACTING OFFICE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ASPECT OF THIS REQUIREMENT PRIOR TO

CONTRACT AWARD. PROPOSALS AND ALL CORRESPONDENCE RELATING TO THE SOLICITATION

DOCUMENT SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICE.

Offerors shall, in order to reduce the possibility of error, include the name of the Contracting Officer for the particular project.

L.7 FAR 52.236-27 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995)

(a) The clauses at 52.236-2, Differing Site Conditions, and 52.236-3, Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work, will be included in any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation. Accordingly, offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. Only contractors who are present during the scheduled site visit will be eligible for award. Contractors are limited to 2 representitives per firm.

(b) The site visit for this project is scheduled for February 6, 2020. The visit will begin at 0900. Participants should plan to arrive at the CDC Chamblee Campus Visitor’s Center between 0800 and 0830.
