PURCHASE DESCRIPTION

Automated Pressure Calibrator ADT761A

14 July 2023

1.0 DESCRIPTION. The Contractor shall provide material, delivery, labor, and support regarding (1) each Additel ADT761A-100-02-CP100-CP30-N-X Automated Pressure Calibrator to the 802d MXSS/MXDCA, 402d Maintenance Support Group (MXSG), Robins Air Force Base Georgia.

1.1 The Contractor shall supply the following:

2.0 Service Support.

2.1 Support. The contractor shall be made available via telephone, online at Additel.com, or emailing the request to service@additel.com. All warranty support shall be provided to the government POC listed below

2.2 Shipping/Delivery/Period of Performance. Delivery shall be completed no later than (NLT) four (4) weeks after contract award, to the following address utilizing FOB Destination:

2.4 Incidental Services.

2.4.1 Installation. The Contractor is not required to provide installation for this equipment.

2.4.2 Training. There are no Workshops or training sessions associated with this effort, The Contractor is not required to provide training for this equipment.

2.4.3 Technical support. Technical support is available by phone, online at Additel.com, or emailing the request to service@additel.com.

2.5 Warranty. Manufacturer’s standard 1 year warranty effective on the date of shipping (see attachment 74173 Warranty Policy).

3.0 Government Furnished Equipment and Services or Government Furnished Property (GFP) and services. None

4.0 General Information.

4.1 Agency Affirmative Procurement Program. In accordance with FAR 23.404(b)(1), 100% of purchases of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-designated products included in the Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) list [https://www.epa.gov/smm/comprehensive-procurement-guideline-cpg-program] and/or United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)-designated products included in the bio based product listings [http://www.biopreferred.gov] shall, at a minimum, meet the EPA or USDA standards for recovered materials or bio based content, respectively, unless an item cannot be acquired competitively within a realistic timeframe, meet appropriate performance standards, and/or be acquired at a reasonable price.

4.1.1 In accordance with FAR 23.404(a)(3)(iii), the Contractor shall provide estimates and verification of recovered material for EPA-designated CPG products and certification for both EPA-designated CPG products and USDA-designated bio based products. In accordance with the Robins Air Force Base, Georgia / Affirmative Procurement Program (formerly Green Procurement Program (GPP)) Plan, the Contractor shall provide estimates and certifications to the Government for completion of the applicable attachment(s) to be included in the Purchase Request (PR) package.
