containers
Q: Are there special handling protocols that must be followed?
A: Yes, chain of custody documentations accompanies each container. Some samples need to be delivered within six hours max.
Q: Are there any hazards associated with handling of containers?
A: Heavy lifting.
Q: There is a discrepancy between the CLIN and the SOW documents regarding pickup frequency. The CLIN document lists 300 M-F trips and 104 S/S trips per year, but the SOW document specifies 1 pickup per day maximum, 7 days per week. Can you please verify that only 1 pickup will be needed per day, at most? Also, the SOW does not mention return trips for supplies, as mentioned in the CLINs. Will these trips also be required 7 days//week unless canceled 24 hours in advance? Are these trips to be counted separately, perhaps as part of the CLINs quantities, or are they to be counted as one round trip?
A: The CLIN is more explicit and there may be occasions when more than one trip per day is needed (i.e. for supplies). That is why there are more than 365 trips total.
