Statement of Work Vehicle Parking Spaces Boston District Office

1. Requirements

Provide two (2) secured assigned/dedicated parking spaces for government vehicles. Parking spaces are required for adjudication and FDNS vehicles.

USCIS requires parking for the leased vehicles to assure safety and physical security for government property.

The following requirements are needed with regard to the parking spaces:

• All spaces shall be within a .25 mile radius of the USCIS office located in the city.

• All spaces shall have adequate lighting on all levels for safety purposes.

• All parking spaces shall be in either an enclosed or fenced parking lot for safety purposes.

• Secure enclosed parking lots that allow government personnel locked access is acceptable.

• Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days of the year.

2. Period of Performance

The base period of performance is January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. The full period of performance will be up to 60 months (from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2028). The agreement shall be for five years, renewable annually at the discretion of the government.

Base: 1/1/2024 - 12/31/2024 Option I: 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2025 Option II: 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2026 Option III: 1/1/2027 - 12/31/2027 Option IV: 1/1/2028 - 12/31/2028

3. Locations

The USCIS Boston District, Boston Field Office, and FDNS operations located at:

JFK Federal Building 15 Sudbury Street Boston, MA 02203

4. Point-of-Contact

4.1 The assigned contract specialist shall be the POC for all Purchase order related questions.

4.2 The Program Office:

5. Invoices

5.1 All invoices submitted to USCIS for payment shall include the following:

• Name and address of the contractor.

• Invoice date and invoice number.

• Contract number or other authorization for services performed (including order number and contract line item number).

• Description, quantity, unit of measure, period of performance, unit prices, and extended price of services performed.

• Name and address of contractor official to whom payment is to be sent.

• Name (where practicable), title, phone number, and mailing address of person to notify in the event of a defective invoice.

• Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

5.2 Invoices not meeting these requirements will be rejected and not paid until a corrected invoice meeting the requirements is received.

5.3 USCIS' preferred method for invoice submission is electronically. Invoices shall be submitted in Adobe pdf format with each pdf file containing only one invoice. The pdf files shall be submitted electronically to USCIS nvoice.Consolidation@ice.dhs.gov with each email conforming to a size limit of 500 KB.

5.4 If a paper invoice is submitted, mail the invoice to:
