TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY CHECKLIST

1. Vendor provides statement affirming their capability to perform monthly and quarterly electronic/manual license verifications through all primary medical license verification sources in the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. (Refer to Statement of Work (SOW) 5.1.1 and 5.1.2)

2. Vendor provides proof of access/registration to the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), American Osteopathic Association (AOA), and the American Board of Physician Specialties (ABPS) databases and a statement affirming their capability to perform electronic/manual certification verifications through the AOA, ABMS, and ABPS databases. (Refer to SOW 5.2 and 5.2.1)

3. Vendor provides proof of access/registration to the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) and a statement affirming their capability to perform electronic derogatory information/adverse action searches through the NPDB.

(Refer to SOW 5.3.2)

4. Vendor provides statement affirming their capability to provide initial reporting requirements on NPDB information outlined in the SOW within 48 hours after period of performance start date. (Refer to SOW 5.3.2)

5. Vendor provides statement affirming their ability to report any changes regarding derogatory information/adverse action reported in the NPDB within 24 hours after the initial report has been established. (Refer to SOW 5.3.2)
