Statement of Work (SOW)
CAMSS Sheltering Tents
Background:
FEMA requires humanitarian tents to provide a soft sided shelter system solution for disaster survivors impacted by Super Typhoon YuTu in the Common Wealth Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI).
Requirement:
Specifically, FEMA has the need to procure 90 CAMSS Sheltering Tents. Due to the market non-availability of FEMA’s standard Celina modified tent shelter system and the urgent emergency response need. FEMA is now pursuing a suitable substitute to meet the needs of disaster survivors in CNMI.
The vendor shall provide the identified amount of CAMMS Sheltering Tents.
ITEM 0001: CAMSS16EX SHELTER SYSTEM
P/N: CAMSS-16EX16T-BB (Tan) � Measures 16’ wide x 16’ long x 10’ tall with a 6’10” eaves � Usable area of 256 square feet � Assembles in 15 minutes with a trained four-person crew � Engineered to withstand winds of 100 mph � 100% Berry Amendment Compliant � Used for housing, equipment coverage, tactical operations center (TOC), and emergency response
COVER/END PANELS
� Water resistant, flame retardant heavy-duty fabric � Total of five (5) horizontal mesh bar windows (one on each side, one on rear end panel and two on front end panel on either side of entry) � Can connect multiple shelters end to end with optional connector flap � Fabric includes UV inhibitors and is mold and rot resistant � Fire resistant fabric that meets NFPA 701 � Cover and ends are radio frequency welded � Each seam and seal is waterproof

Labeling/Packaging:
Note: All labeling shall be in accordance with all Federal, State and Local government and municipal requirements.
The contractor shall provide all information regarding the weights dimensions and configuration of the product being labeled and packaged.
The contractor shall label each sealed pallet and/or container in accordance with the following minimum requirements:
(1) A statement identifying the item, if applicable.
(2) The name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor.
(3) Net quantity of contents in terms of weight, measure, or numerical count
(measurement must be in both metric and inch/pound units), if applicable.
PACKAGING
• Wood crate
• Forklift ready
• Export approved
• 43” W x 101” L x 30” H (2 shelters per crate)
• Six fit on a 463L pallet
Production/Delivery Schedule Requirements:
The vendor shall provide all information regarding the production and delivery schedule upon request from FEMA.
The lead time on these shelter systems is as follows: CAMSS can have the first thirty
(30) shelter systems ready for shipment in 30 days, with the next sixty (60) shelter systems ready in 60 days thereafter. Total of 90 days at the current time We can produce one-hundred (100) more units each month going to two-hundred (200) per month thereafter.
