Questions received in response to RFQ #70FB2018Q00000002 and Government Responses

1. Duration of the online rater reliability workshop. How long (# minutes / hours) is the

Reliability Workshop?

Government Response: Four (4) hours

2. Duration of the two telephone conference calls. How long (# minutes /hours) are the conference calls?

Government Response: One (1) to two (2) hours each, based upon need.

3. Will the government specify a particular type of scoring rubric for the applications and research projects?

Government Response: Scoring rubric is within the Executive Fire Officer Program and can be provided.

4. What is the average size range (# of pages) of the EFOP research proposals?

Government Response: EFOP Research Proposals are 1 to 2 pages in length.

5. What is the average size range (# of pages) of the ARP reviews?

Government Response: ARP’s range from 30 to 75 pages.

6. Is there a criteria for conflict of interest? Specifically, are there any colleges or university affiliated with this program wherein a professional from the university would have a conflict evaluating these proposals?

Government Response: We do not understand the question. It is intended that these proposals and projects will be evaluated by individuals possessing the minimum qualifications set forth in Section A.14 of the RFQ. Any proposed evaluator who fails to meet the minimum qualifications will not be eligible for award.

7. Pricing schedule ref tasks 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0 in the SOW; is there a SOW that you can provide?

Government Response: The SOW failed to upload to FedBiz Opps. The SOW has successfully been uploaded at this time.
