What specific application will the FBI certified printer be used for? Will we need to print fingerprint cards?
The SOW is not stating that the equipment listed in paragraph 4.1.2 is a requirement, it is stating that these pieces of equipment, if used, must be registered with CBP and the Office of Professional Responsibility.

Our fingerprint capture systems use touch screens for user interface. Will it be acceptable to use an on-screen touch signature capability rather than a stand-alone signature pad?

Could CBP provide historic applicant location information for us to determine our network coverage for the requirement: The Contractor shall provide fingerprint services within a sixty (60) highway-mile radius of the employee or candidate’s zip code to meet CBP’s background investigation timeline and other requirements addressed in this SOW.
We hire nationwide with the greatest concentration of applicants along the Southern Border and current employees are dispersed nationwide with a concentration in the DC area.

Can CBP provide locations of the current network coverage for this program, if the historic applicant location information is not shareable?
We have limited physical locations and depend on a paper process to supplement. We are looking to expand the physcial locations to meet our needs.

Can you provide information on fingerprinting volume in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and Saipan.
Historically, we fingerprint an average of approximately 100-125 applicants per month across these locations, this is subject to change as we cannot predict our hiring needs
