APPENDIX 3
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Requesting the highest-quality materials available using a meticulous lamination process that ensures 100% uniform coverage of vinyl substrate. As a result, no thin spots or “pinholes” will occur on the surface where inks, stains, and solvents can penetrate and leave permanent discoloration. Product must be high-performance dry erase film which will create a surface that is exceptionally resistant to stains, impervious to solvents, and measurably more durable than the inexpensive coatings/paints used by other manufacturers. The surfaces used should consistently maintain their unique flexibility and strength. The surface will not crack, chip, or deteriorate, even under daily use. This dry erase surface should be highly stain-resistant, too, and will not discolor even if it comes into contact with known staining agents such as permanent markers, crayons, coffee, lipstick, ketchup, and even wine.
All dry erase presentation wallcovering surfaces shall Product will be warranted for at least five years not to crack, chip, check, or peel; resist staining and yellowing; and show no appreciable fade.
Product must be a projectable dry erase surface that is also magnetic; this will be a multi-functional writing surface that can be widely used for a variety of needs.
