This addendum to the pavement report FY-19-01 for FWS IRRI 10(1), Iron River National Fish Hatchery, provides additional recommendations based on revised design information, and should be used in conjunction with the project Pavement Report.
Main and Lower Level Entrance Roads (Routes 10AZ & BZ) The revised rehabilitation pavement section omits the initial tack coat application in accordance with the table below. Table 1 will replace Table 7 in the report.

Main and Lower Level Hatchery Parking Lots (Routes-900AZ & BZ) Portions of the parking areas may be milled prior to the asphalt overlay placement. Recommended crack sealing and filling is not necessary in milled areas. In addition, spot repair, or patching can be performed after milling operations in accordance with the table below. Table 2 will replace Table 4 in the report.

final grades. Wedge and level course should be placed in maximum 3-inch lifts using the same asphalt concrete used for full depth asphalt, type 1 patching.
Fish Loading and Parking Lot (Route-800) Route 800 will be reconstructed as an asphalt paved loading dock, parking and drive. The new pavement section should be constructed in accordance with the table below, also shown as Table 8 in the report.
