Task 6.0 – FME Support Services

The Contractor shall connect FME servers, currently installed on WFLHD servers, to all three FLH offices for data translation between CADD and GIS. The task includes the creation of a library of basic transformation services (i.e., FME models) to support the various workbench tools. This initial library will provide the basic instructions that drive the FME Server engine and templates for the development of future data processing models. Since the CADD-GIS interchange should communicate and transform files between ProjectWise / MicroStation and GeoLibrary / GIS formats, this task depends on the basic infrastructure being in place and accessible to FME Server, ProjectWise and other GIS components. The Contractor shall also provide necessary support to translate new version of OpenRoads Designer files into ArcGIS shapefiles.
