STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR SUPPLIES
ILLINOIS AIR NATIONAL GUARD (ILANG) UNIT/DIRECTORATE
DATE: 5 November 2020
TITLE: 217th EIS Training Tower
1. PURPOSE. The 217 EIS Training Tower is required to fulfill required annual hands-on proficiency, installation and tower safety (rescue) training. Current resources are not adequate nor within safety standards to meet effective training requirements and accomplish the 217 EIS increasing mission readiness timelines.
2. SCOPE OF WORK. The contractor shall provide all materials and support necessary to meet the required specifications for 217 EIS Training Tower.
3. DELIVERY LOCATION AND DELIVERY DATE. This equipment shall be delivered to the Illinois Air National Guard, Building P-46, located at 3101 J David Jones Parkway, Springfield, Illinois 62707-5001 not later than 31 December 2021.

5. SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED.
5.1 Materials must be TAA compliant.
5.2 183 CES will install/construct tower base and 217 EIS will install/construct tower
5.3 Recommended manufacturer part numbers and item descriptions are listed above.
5.4 Basis of Design:
Design Code: ANSI/TIA-222-G Maximum Wind Speed: ASCE 7-16 Ultimate Wind Speed (No Ice) = 114 MPH Maximum Wind Speed With Ice: 40 MPH with 2 inches Ice Structure Class III Exposure Category: C Topographic Category: 1.
5.5 Suitable substitutes are acceptable provided they meet or exceed the capabilities of the recommended part number and/or item description listed above.
5.6 A specifications sheet must be provided with your quote to determine compliance with salient characteristics.
5.7 Price must include all shipping and freight charges.
