PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT FOR

6TH AIRLIFT SQUARDON: PURCHASE

2202 W ARNOLD AVE, JB MDL NJ 08641

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide The Contractor shall provide a low-pressure inflatable shelter system that is deployable by two personnel in under five minutes. The shelter will include the following features: a removable floor, a universal quick connect panel with an adapter collar, a dual-zipper door, screened windows with exterior privacy cover and tie-ups, utility ports with a drawstring closure, eave vent screens with covers on the front and back, high-capacity equipment hanging points, cross bean retainer straps, exterior frame anchor points, high wind tie-downs. Included with the inflatable shelter will also be the following accessories: 110V inflator/deflator with hose, heavy-duty transport bag with cinch straps and carry handles, and maintenance kit. After the product has been received, the ZUMRO company will send a representee to provide free of charge training on how to best utilize the equipment.

Any adjacent areas dissembled, damaged, or removed by the contractor during installation shall be properly repaired by the contractor at no expense to the Government. All debris / trash generated by this project shall be removed and properly disposed of off base by the contractor. The contractor shall coordinate the time that work will be accomplished with the points of contact listed below. The contractor shall be responsible for daily clean up at the restoration of the area after completion of the work. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with all Federal, state, and local laws and regulations as well as any applicable building codes and standards.

3. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The work site shall remain clean and clutter free since this area is an active employment site. This requirement shall not impact the performance period.
