LABOR CATEGORY DESCRIPTIONS

Technician I

Functional Responsibilities:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within IT infrastructure

• Understand the Datacenter IT Operations environment and leverage knowledge to use software tools for daily functions and troubleshooting.

• Provide installation and break/fix support, including component replacement, hardware troubleshooting, and OS installation.

• Proficiently perform data center support tasks

• Complete operational management tasks, resolve escalations, and clear blocking issues to ensure continuous delivery of data center support activities.

Minimum Education/Experience:

• 2 years of experience with IT infrastructure support, datacenter operations and troubleshooting.

• Ability to perform installation and break/fix support tasks.

• Minimum high school degree

Technician II

• Maintain systems, system software and firmware revisions and perform hardware diagnostics and repairs.

• Gather data, perform analysis, and escalate problems to higher-level support groups.

• Provide pre-installation configuration, onsite integration, administration, and customer enablement.

Minimum Education/Experience:

• 3 years of experience in system administration and support.

• Experience in hardware diagnostics, repairs, and system software maintenance.

• Minimum high school degree

Technician III

• Support a critical Datacenter Transformation/Consolidation project.

• Focus on infrastructure unbundling services.

Minimum Education/Experience:

• 5 years of experience providing server support

• Ability to support data center projects and provide technical expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree

Operations Project Manager I

• Provide project management support for programs supporting operations

• Assist project teams in implementation efforts

• Resolve process and capability design gaps, track issues to conclusions, and coordinate calls.

• Ensure project implementation follows the correct methodology and provide stakeholder communications.

Minimum Education/Experience:

• 2 years of experience in operations project management

• Proficiency in project management methodologies (PMP or Six Sigma).

Project Coordinator I

• Organize, attend, and participate in meetings.

• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

• Track activities and needs, assist in determining site project needs.

• Provide administrative support and undertake project tasks as required.

• 2 years of project administration experience with strong customer service skills.

• Develop, plan, execute, and manage activities related to materials and inventory control.

• Perform logistics coordination, shipping/receiving, distribution, storage of materials, and cycle counting programs.

• Inspect, order fulfillment, shipping, kitting, and movement of materials.

• Maintain inventory records and compile data for reports.

Minimum Education/Experience:

• 2 years of experience in supply chain

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in material tracking systems.

Supply Chain Coordinator II

• Perform supply chain coordination activities such as inventory counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for.

• Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations.

• Manage cycle counts and monitor delivery schedule.

• Establish relationships with partners and suppliers for quality service.

Minimum Education/Experience:

• 3 years of experience in inventory control and supply chain management.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage inventory levels.

IT Audit Analyst I

• Scope new applications and controls for SOX IT General Control Testing Plan.

• Liaise with internal and external auditor teams for SOX controls execution.

• Review and perform pre-test reviews of SOX controls.

• Identify gaps in SOX control execution and recommend corrective steps.

• Develop and manage metrics to report progress on SOX and Operational Audit.

Minimum Education/Experience:

• 2 years of experience in IT audit and SOX compliance.

• Strong understanding of SOX controls and audit processes.

Asset Management Coordinator I
