Labor Category: Sr. Program Manager

Minimum/General Experience: A minimum of ten (10) years’ technical hands-on experience with demonstrated ability to provide guidance and proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources.

Functional Responsibility: Develop stakeholder registry to identify and engage with all levels of U.S. Government stakeholders to help shape and capture big-picture vision and translate to actionable program and project milestones. Utilize Microsoft Project to support development and execution of program roadmap, including strategic future planning. Manage DevSecOps processes, develop continuous improvement processes, monitor team performances as Cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offering and scale into multiple environments. Utilize Service Manager ticketing system to manage backlog prioritization and oversee execution of project activities. Implement PMI (Project Management Institute) standards to provide leadership. Utilize various COTS applications to support formulation and execution of budget for labor, travel, and other direct cost.

Provides integral support in mission requirements determination, conceptualization, design, development, testing, verification and validation, documentation, and implementation of system applications.

Functional Responsibility: Manage the use of Cloud Service Provider templates to oversee cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, management, and monitoring. Utilize industry best practices to define deployment architecture. Employ Kubernetes to define container-based solution architecture. Review and select various templates to effectively define cloud formation for any given solution. Ability to use Visio to design infrastructure architecture based on multi-tenancy requirements. Work closely with application software engineering and technical teams to ensure successful rollout of the solution to the cloud. Develop strong stakeholder relationships so that business vision and scope requirements are identified. Excellent understanding of cloud security, cloud infrastructure, operating systems, and networking.
