Position: Sr. Program Manager
Position Summary
The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for delivery of large-scale moderate- to high-risk programs, with multimillion dollar cost impacts and multi-year delivery schedule. The programs may encompass multiple projects, cross-departmental interfaces, multiple technologies, geographies and assets. Individuals in this role work independently with some indirect supervision PMO Senior Director and may have matrixed subordinate team members. The role requires regular analytical and metrics-based reporting to other staff, Executive Committee, and stakeholders.
Essential Functions
· Development and maintenance of all required project documents including 1) A Project Charter 2) A Project Management Plan 3) Requirements documents 4) Design documents 5) Input to architecture documents 6) Test Plan 7) Test results 8) Implementation Plans 9) Post Implementation and Lessons Learned 10) Project schedules and budgets 11) Resource management plans.
