Substitution of Education & Work Experience (SEWE) The equivalencies in the table below will be considered in determining the minimum education and related work experience. Additional educational achievements in excess of requirements can be substituted for experience requirements:

Please note, one (1) year of relevant experience = one (1) year of full-time work experience of 40 hours per week, minus federal holidays.

Equivalency matrices: When evaluating position requirements, Wyetech uses a 1-to-1 ratio between years of relevant experience and education. A performer cannot use the education equivalency to account for years of relevant experience when they have not completed a degree program.

For example, a position that requires a bachelor's degree and three years of relevant work experience: an applicant without a degree would require seven years of relevant, full-time experience (four years = bachelor's degree requirement + three years = relevant experience requirement).
