COMPANY INFORMATION
Oasis was founded in 2012 by a small group of industry veterans with experience working in virtually every aspect of eDiscovery. The idea for Oasis was to be the “vendor to the vendors,” which was simply a matter of acknowledging what our collective experience told us was an obvious need in the industry.
Since then, eDiscovery has evolved immensely and therefore, so have we. Today, our service portfolio represents a wider breadth of services in response to the growing complexity of data, technology, and business requirements in our industry.
We have been solving eDiscovery’s toughest challenges since the beginning. As our industry continues to change and grow, we’re excited to continue innovating right alongside it.
Our culture Instead of choosing company values, our values chose us: kindness, teamwork, initiative, brilliance…all exemplify the natural qualities we as individuals and teammates demonstrate every day.
We’re a remote-first, globally distributed, flat-structured company. Our diverse group is filled with smart, funny, and caring individuals who love to have fun and do good work.
Working at Oasis provides true work/life integration, a competitive salary, travel two or more times per year, opportunities for professional development, and frequent fun activities like social hours, fitness challenges, virtual events, and special speakers.
