PROJECT MANAGER
Education: BA/BS degree or related industry certification and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Duties: Overall project lead with contract oversight. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues. Supervises program/project teams by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress.
SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT
Education: BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Duties: Provides senior-level information technology and management consulting services including overall contract operations often involving multiple projects/tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations. The subject matter expert maintains and manages relationships with senior-level management within government organizations. Provides complex problem resolutions which may include senior technical writing, senior analytical services, system architecture design and implementation, complex software design and programming, complex cyber security services, cloud computing, defining functional requirements, operations research, modeling and simulation, and statistical analysis.
NETWORK ENGINEER
Education: B.A. or B.S. degree or related industry certification and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Duties: Provides technical and administrative direction for IT personnel responsible for network design, implementation, and operations tasks, including the review of work products for correctness, adherence to the design concept, and user standards and progress in accordance with schedules.
Provides helpdesk phone and helpdesk in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, Standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under this contract or
Predecessors. Serves as a technical point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and
Printer problems. Make recommendations, if needed, for approval of major network installations in infrastructures. Prepare milestone status reports and deliveries/presentations on network progress to colleagues, subordinates, and end-user representatives. Provide daily supervision and direction to support staff. Design and administer web servers, email servers, routers, and network monitoring solutions. Other experience includes applying change management initiatives, reengineering business processes to support technology, and identifying strategic synergies within the project scope.
SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Education: B.S. or B.A. in a computer-related/IT field or related industry certification and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Duties: Responsible for programming functions dealing with complex IT subsystems and/or the overall system. Designs and develops complex applications and databases. Serves as a database administrator. Develops standard operating procedures and develops specifications for extremely complex programming activities. Works on all phases of programming with considerable freedom to make decisions on the techniques to be used. May evaluate and implement complex COTS solutions.
ANALYST
Education: BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Duties: Possesses demonstrated knowledge and experience applying system analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contributes to the implementation of strategic direction. Performs analyst functions including technical writing, data mining and modeling, requirements analysis, performance measurements, and financial analysis to support project objectives.
TECHNICAL WRITER
Education: BA/BS degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Duties: Under general supervision, develops, writes, revises and edits reports, articles, manuals, specifications, presentation materials and other technical documents. Uses rough outlines and resource materials and interprets information obtained through research or provided by technical specialists. Applies knowledge of documentation content and format standards to prepare, edit and publish technical materials. Responsible for the generation and development of documents relating to technology systems.
