Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), also referred to as the Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories/services have been identified as being subject to SCLS/SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CFR 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCA eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCA labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCA labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.

Job Title: Program Manager Functional Responsibilities: Must be certified by Pegasystems as a Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA). Customer Success Managers have primary day to day relationship management responsibilities for their assigned clients. Serves as the principal liaison between the company and the customer. Management of the customer relationship and resolution of business and technical concerns at the program level. Provides support to help the organization meets its business goals and maintain schedule. Provides support for the overall program success. Provides reporting and metrics into the customer organization. Manages expense and billing considerations.
Minimum Education: Bachelors in a business or related field.
Minimum/General Experience: 5 years
Job Title: Scrum Master Functional Responsibilities: Coaches and guides development teams with a focus on ensuring they meet their product deliverables within the Agile mindset. Inspires and drives organizational change. Focused on continuous improvement of yourself and your surroundings. Focused on removing impediments and mitigating most critical and highest priority risks. Ensures that Agile principles are adhered to and used for delivering high quality solutions for Pega clients. Committed to team self-organization and growth by providing necessary data (velocity, quality, etc.), asking powerful questions and supporting the team in staying focused and engaged. Shares knowledge and drives change ideas to success. Engages stakeholders and SMEs. Experience using variety of different Agile models (Scrum, Kanban, XP, other ones). Job Title: Lead System Architect Functional Responsibilities: Must be certified by Pegasystems as a Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) & Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA). Independently lead and ultimately deliver application functionality, including the coordination of major project components in a functional application. Research and review existing data to understand the best approach for implementing requirements. Communicate implementation plan with the project team and provide sizing estimates, raising any conflicts, complications, and issues if they arise. Attend design sessions toward the successful implementation of more complex requirements and define the class structure or data and work objects. Mentor and oversee work of junior team members. Initiate projects, taking appropriate steps based on the version of PRPC being used (either the Application Profiler/Accelerator or Stage configuration). Configure complex integrations and services. Implement the proper configuration of the application security model. Perform complex system configuration tasks such as configuring authentication services and overseeing the Rule Set versioning strategy and execution. Configure more complex HTML/JSP/JavaScript components as necessary. Responsible for independently leading and ultimately delivering application functionality, including the coordination of major project components in a functional application. Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology. Follow standards and best practices. : Lead Business Architect Functional Responsibilities: All items in the Senior Business Architect (SBA) role description, in addition: Must be certified by Pegasystems as a Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), & Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA). As a Lead Business Architect, you will manage the collaboration between business and technical teams throughout Pega, partner or customer led projects. Your responsibility will be to ensure that the strategic goals of the project are aligned with decisions regarding business and IT initiatives. With domain expertise and working knowledge of the systems that link these parts of the organizations together, the role of the Business Architect is essential on every project. You will be tasked with understanding, bringing structure, and remapping business processes within an enterprise environment. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts across the business to ensure that the results of the delivered solution are aligned with customer requirements. Partners with multiple stakeholders to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (from identifying and defining process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing). Leverages CRM and/or BPM knowledge to consult and influence the client's direction. Demonstrates commitment to and enthusiasm for customer success by ensuring the delivered product is fully-functioning, performs to business requirements defined and approved by the client, and meets or exceeds expectations. The Business Solution Architect provides analysis, prototype setups, functional design, documentation, and consulting leadership during the Configuration, Setup, Design and Development phases of our enterprise software implementations.
