1. Cyber Analyst III Functional responsibilities: Provides for planning; analyzing; designing; developing;
documenting; test, and training; operating; measuring/reporting; and/or administering cybersecurity systems, processes and procedures, support infrastructure, capabilities, and programs. Responsibilities may include defining and interpreting strategic requirements, analyzes and provides guidance, and executes cyber mission tasks including analysis support to penetration testing, incident response activities, cyber hunt activities, and risk and vulnerability assessments. Develops and leads projects, including defining scope, objectives, and methods. Develops advanced technological solutions and their implementation into a final product/deliverable. Meets program objectives and requirements and develops standards and guides. Contributes to the completion of specific cross-functional tasks and projects.
Minimum Experience Requirements: A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.

Ensure performance of the system and understand the platform on which the database runs. Plan and coordinate security measures, ensure data integrity, and perform database backups and restores. Provide technical expertise in the use of the Oracle Database Management System. Define file organization, indexing methods, and security procedures for specific user applications.

Responsible for functional code sequences to ensure new software modules are integrated into existing applications in the most efficient manner. Manages development teams in addition to the technical support processes for the end-user community.

Functional responsibilities: Develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements. Provides specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of COTS/GOTS in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components. Designs, implements, and integrates software applications or performs software engineering tasks.
Utilizes software engineering and design methodologies appropriate to the development, integration, and production environment. Ensures efficient delivery of software engineering capabilities using industry standards and repeatable processes. Mitigates risks, controls costs and schedule variance, and effectively manages large scale, integrated software projects. Reviews and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results.

19. System Administrator I
Functional responsibilities: Performs system administration duties for networking hardware including routers, switches, hubs, gateways, access points, network interface cards, networking cables, network bridges, modems, ISDN adapters, firewalls and other related network hardware. Must have firm grasp and knowledge of fiber and copper-based Ethernet technologies, capabilities and cabling and their connectivity to local and wide area networks. Install and maintain network cabling including fiber terminations and network connections and router/switches. Remove unused network cabling and equipment. Work with mission partners, customers and distant-end locations as directed to plan, install, configure and maintain communications system circuits. The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), also referred to as the Service Contract Act (SCA) is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule and all services provided. While no specific labor categories/services have been identified as being subject to SCLS/SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CFR 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCLS labor categories / employees to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCA labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
