Service Contract Labor Standards: The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), formerly known as the Service Contract Act (SCA), is applicable to this contract as it applies to the entire Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and all services provided. While no specific labor categories have been identified as being subject to SCLS/SCA due to exemptions for professional employees (FAR 22.1101, 22.1102 and 29 CRF 541.300), this contract still maintains the provisions and protections for SCLS/SCA eligible labor categories. If and / or when the contractor adds SCLS/SCA labor categories to the contract through the modification process, the contractor must inform the Contracting Officer and establish a SCLS/SCA matrix identifying the GSA labor category titles, the occupational code, SCLS/SCA labor category titles and the applicable WD number. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the contract.
511210 Product Summary
Why RockDaisy?
While leading the Data Products department of the NFL League Office for a combined 20+ years, we began to realize that existing data visualization tools were too far too complicated for the average “non-technical” user to operate, and that the options to customize UI/UX were limited.
We knew we could build something that was both easier to use, and looked sleeker / more modern than current data visualization tools. Our goal was to create the data visualization platform for the iPhone generation – a product that is efficient, intuitive and seamlessly adapts to external data sources.
Product Description RockDaisy is a responsive web app (operates on any device) that connects to any relational database (including Google Big Query and Amazon RedShift). It can be installed in the cloud or on premise (disconnected from the internet). RockDaisy can connect to multiple data sources using industry standard SQL query language. This allows clients to surface all relevant information in a single place (stats, KPI’s, metrics, multi-media etc.).
• Ease of Use: RockDaisy delivers powerful and versatile reporting capability in a simple easy-touse interface that can be used effectively by anyone. Competing products generally deliver their services through an interface that is incomprehensible to the end users who need to access the information. Our simple, point-and-click / drag-and-drop technology allows anyone – especially the non-tech user – to sort and analyze data sets.
• Customization. The entire UI/UX can be completely customized using industry standard HTML/CSS. This allows customers to use our “out-of-the-box” templates, or customize to their own brand. This capability also gives licensees the ability to create their own product with their own branding/identity. A licensee could then package their data and reports into a “whitelabeled” product.
Example: One of the largest law enforcement agencies discovered RockDaisy and were impressed with its ease of use and visual presentation. They requested a completely different UI/UX for their public crime stats web site. The RockDaisy app was “white-labeled / branded” and all customized reports were delivered in weeks. Over one million people have accessed the system.
• Rapid Development / Updates. Our SQL based online developer toolkit (nothing to install) does not require the development of a separate data model or high level (expensive) developer skillsets as many of our competitors’ products do. Based on experience, this makes delivering/updating reports up to 4 times faster than other tools. These factors contribute to a reduced TCO for RockDaisy as opposed to our competitors.
• Professional Services. Our license can include a package of professional services to rapidly deliver your critical reports within weeks…
