Desktop Engineer
Functional Responsibility: Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussion with users.
Ensures a timely process through which problems are controlled. Includes problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps. Supervises operation of help desk and serves as focal point for customer concerns. Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. Provides second-tier support to end users for either PC, server, or mainframe applications or hardware. Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties. Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

Mobile Engineer
Functional Responsibility: Provides customers and business units with continuous mobile computing support to IT services using VPN. Provide and implement recommendations to protect restricted data on mobile devices. Manage, configure and enforce mobile device security policy. Maintain spyware and viruses protection on approved mobile devices. Monitor, address, remediate and report any alerts in real time. LEGALSTRATUS for Salesforce: En-User License Agreement This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the mentioned author (ARBOLA) of this Software for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (“SOFTWARE PRODUCT”).
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bounded by the terms of this EULA.
If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
LEGALSTRATUS is an App developed for exclusive use in your Salesforce.com CRM environment. You are NOT allowed to make a charge for distributing this Software (either for profit or merely to recover your media and distribution costs) whether as a stand-alone product, or as part of a compilation or anthology.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA grants you the following rights: Installation and Use. You may install and use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in your Salesforce.com CRM environment. All the users in your Salesforce.com environment are allowed to this SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
2.1 Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, Disassembly and change (add, delete or modify) the resources in the compiled the assembly.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
2.2 Update and Maintenance.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT upgrades may be done periodically by ARBOLA, or an authorized agent of ARBOLA, by utilizing the “Push Upgrades” functionality offered by Salesforce.
2.3 Separation of Components.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use in your Salesforce.com environment.
2.4 Termination.
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must uninstall the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts in your Salesforce.com environment. If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA or the

Salesforce EULA, you will be liable for all costs incurred by ARBOLA due your failure to comply.
3. COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, clipart, libraries, and examples incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material. The licensed users or licensed company can use all functions, example, templates, clipart, libraries and symbols in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to create new diagrams and distribute the diagrams.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY NO WARRANTIES.
The Author of this Software expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related documentation is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
5. NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
In no event shall the author of this Software be liable for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if the Author of this Software is aware of the possibility of such damages and known defects.
