Applications Programmer - LEVEL I Assist with the analysis of information requirements. Aid in the evaluation of problems with workflow, organization, and planning and help in the development of appropriate corrective action. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Assists with planning, designing, developing, testing, editing, maintaining, and documenting programs. Applies knowledge of programming techniques and computer internet systems. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Works under general supervision. 2 plus years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.

Applications Programmer - LEVEL II Participate in the design of software tools and subsystems to support reuse and domain analysis including web programs. Plans, designs, development, tests, edits, maintains, and documents software programs. Applies knowledge of programming techniques and computer internet systems. Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop programs, using structured analysis and design. Assist Sr. Applications Programmer to interpret software requirements and design specifications to code and integrate and test software components. 4 plus years experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.

Applications Programmer - LEVEL III Analyze functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts. Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts. Translate detailed design into computer software. Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product.

Applies knowledge of programming techniques and computer internet systems. Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency. Manage use of process improvement, reengineering methodologies, and internet-related methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization projects. Cloud Engineer - LEVEL I Entry level position for an individual qualified in the application of engineering principles and techniques in the design, development, analysis, integration, and testing Cloud systems. Generally, under the direct supervision of more senior engineers, operates as a key contributor relative to the review and analysis of information requirements and system specifications, evaluation of system problems, design of system architectures and development and/or integration of systems to support client requirements. Interfaces with client technical personnel under the supervision of others and performs other duties as assigned. 2 years experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.

Cloud Engineer - LEVEL II Proficient in the application of engineering principles and techniques in the design, development, analysis, integration, and testing of Cloud systems. Reviews and analyzes information requirements and system specifications and evaluates system problems, developing solutions to address information technology challenges.

Responsible for overseeing a team of engineers as they design system architectures, develop and/or integrate systems to support client requirements and assure that present and future cross functional requirements are effectively integrated into solutions. Computer Systems Analyst - LEVEL III Analyze and develop computer software possessing a wide range of capabilities, including numerous engineering, business, and records management functions. Analyze user interfaces, maintain hardware and software performance tuning, analyze workload and computer usage, maintain interfaces with outside systems, analyze downtimes, and analyze proposed system modifications, upgrades and new COTS. Help Desk - LEVEL I Provide phone, email, web, and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract. Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer systems (PC and Mac), and printer problems. Use the required tools and software to identify, document, track and resolve reported problems. 3 years experience and a High School Diploma.

Help Desk - LEVEL II Provide phone, email, web, and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract. Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer systems (PC and Mac), and printer problems. Help Desk Supervisor Manages a team of support personnel who troubleshoot and resolve IT issues. Ensure the help desk staff uses the required tools and software to identify, document, track and resolve reported problems. Plan, prioritize and schedule help desk activities to ensure maximum issue resolutions in minimum time. Develop and train help desk staff. Analyze help desk activities and develop tools and process improvements to optimize service and staff performance. Provide daily supervision and direction to staff who are responsible for phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract. Information Assurance Analyst - LEVEL I Reviews security-related documents (e.g., System Architecture; Authentication & Authorization designs, etc.) to ensure compliance with federal (e.g., NIST) and organization-specific security guidelines/requirements. Is able to identify risks in security systems and work with technical experts to resolve security issues. Network Administrator - LEVEL I Support the installation, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of agency wide-area networks (WANs) and local-area networks (LANs). Assist in designing and managing the WAN infrastructure and any processes related to the WAN. Provide Production Support of the Network, including: day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution client Networks. Provide second level problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Support the dispatch of circuit and hardware vendors involved in the resolution process.

Support the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. A working knowledge is desirable in various software systems and architectures, communications protocols: and network hardware devices. 2 plus years experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.

Program Manager - LEVEL I The Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple IT projects. These projects may be complex and inter-related and require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations. Provides direct supervision in management and technical direction to program personnel. Will regularly exercise independent judgment, as well as a high-level of analytical skill in solving complex technical, administrative and managerial problems. (1)

Responsible for all aspects of program performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial); (2) Manage all aspects of program activity; (3) Provide technical and financial reports in order to show progress to Corporate management and customers; (4) Maintain customer contacts to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations; (5) Assume the initiative and provide support to Corporate management in identifying future requirements; (6) Develop, maintain, and implement a Program Management Plan that guides the performance of all functional activities performed on the Program. Manages and maintains contractor interface with senior levels of the customer’s organization. Consults with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules, scope, costs, quality, and contractual obligations. Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks. 5 plus years experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field or Equivalent Experience.

Program Manager - LEVEL II The Program Manager is responsible for managing multiple IT projects. These projects may be complex and inter-related and require managing teams of contractor personnel at multiple locations.
